Pastured Meat Chickens

As soon as the chickens have their feathers they are moved to our pasture where they are eating grass, clover, grasshoppers, and whatever else they can find out there. They are also given an organic feed to supplement what is in the pasture. We raise chickens in cohorts through the summer months and sell chicken meat from the farm, at the Woodstock Farmers Market, and in our monthly home delivery—until supply runs out.
